Withdrawal Policy

This policy applies to consumers for paid contracts (in particular the purchase of digital media packages). No payment obligation arises for free services (e.g. creating a fighter account or profile) – no withdrawal is required for these; you can have your account deleted at any time. Ad placements for businesses are not subject to the consumer right of withdrawal.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Ypsilon Pictures GmbH, Vilbeler Landstraße 203, 60388 Frankfurt am Main, Germany, email: info@fighterprime.com) of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments to you promptly and at the latest within fourteen days of receiving your notice of withdrawal – using the same means of payment you used, unless otherwise agreed.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

For a contract to supply digital content not on a physical medium (download), the right of withdrawal expires if

• you have expressly agreed that we begin performance of the contract before the withdrawal period expires, and
• you have confirmed your awareness that, by giving your consent to the start of performance, you lose your right of withdrawal.

You give this consent at the time of purchase via the corresponding confirmation. After the download has been unlocked, withdrawal is therefore excluded.
