Privacy Policy
This is an English translation for convenience. Only the German version is legally binding.
1. Controller
The party responsible for data processing on this website is:

2. What data we process
- Sign-up / content request: first name, last name, email address and – if provided – WhatsApp number and Instagram name.
- Fighter account & profile: email address and password (passwords are stored exclusively in encrypted/hashed form by our auth provider), as well as the profile data you enter (fight name, record, weight class, gym, bio, career, social-media links, video link, uploaded photos/videos).
- Purchase of a media package: payment-related data (e.g. payment method, amount, payment/order/invoice number, date) and the associated media files.
- Contact/booking inquiries to fighters: name, email, phone, company/organization, role and your message.
- Event submission: event data as well as the organizer's name, email and, where applicable, phone.
- Advertising inquiries: company, contact person, email, and where applicable phone and budget.
- When accessing the website, technically necessary data (e.g. IP address, timestamp) is processed by our hosting providers.
3. Purpose and legal basis
- Providing your media package, your fighter account/profile and forwarding inquiries – legal basis: performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Contacting you by email, WhatsApp or Instagram, insofar as provided by you, as well as sending notifications – legal basis: consent or legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(a)/(f) GDPR); consent can be withdrawn at any time.
- Processing of payments – performance of a contract (lit. b); retention for tax purposes – legal obligation (lit. c).
- Anonymous reach/statistics measurement (see section 8) – consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
4. Recipients / processors
To provide the website, store data and send emails, we use service providers with whom we have concluded (or are concluding) data-processing agreements:
- Supabase – database, file storage and account management (login), server location EU (Ireland).
- Netlify – hosting/delivery of the website.
- Resend – sending of emails (confirmations, login/reset links, notifications). Provider: Resend, Inc., USA; the transfer is based on appropriate safeguards (EU standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).
- For payments: the respective payment service provider (e.g. PayPal), once activated.
5. Storage period
We store your data only for as long as necessary for the stated purposes and delete it afterwards – unless statutory retention periods (e.g. under tax law) apply. You can have your fighter account deleted at any time.
6. Your rights
You have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You can withdraw any consent given at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. To do so, contact: info@fighterprime.com.
7. Cookies
We use technically necessary cookies required to operate the site – in particular for login (session cookies for admin and fighter login). These are exempt from consent under § 25(2) TTDSG. We use no advertising cookies and no third-party cookies for marketing purposes.
8. Reach/statistics measurement
To improve the site, we count – only with your consent – anonymously how often fighter profiles are viewed and ads are displayed or clicked. This measurement takes place without cookies and without creating user profiles; only aggregated counters are incremented. You give your consent via the cookie/consent banner and can change it at any time by re-selecting in the banner (or deleting the setting stored locally in your browser).
9. Image and media rights
Photos and videos created during events are processed to provide the media packages. Before publishing footage in which people are identifiable, the parties involved obtain the necessary consents.
